Global Tech is a science research lab that Stephanie Powell works in. One of the executives is Dr. Dayton King, a supervillain who can't die. He uses the lab to inject some patients with serum that makes regular people into superhumans. Katie is Stephanie's assistant and doubts Stephanie's ability to time travel, so she tests Stephanie here more than once to see how Stephanie is doing.
